Our Core Values

Our mission is to provide world class standards in school transportation through firm commitment to the four core values of our success represented by the following acronym: SIRS

This is our first priority and top consideration governing our actions. Our crew and staff undergo regular training to ensure that they are up to speed with safety measures. Our bus fleet also undergoes regular inspection and maintenance to be in optimal conditions. Yeap Transport is a member of the Asian Schools Institute for Safety and Security (ASISS), an annual forum that focuses on best practices for school safety and security; we treasure every opportunity to share our best practises with school administrators responsible for their school bus operations.

Yeap Transport bus

As a data-driven bus fleet management company, we invest in continuous R&D to drive innovation and leverage new technologies to deliver better service to our customers. Harnessing advanced telematics, we are able to access real-time information on specific behaviours such as speeding, hard-braking, idling and sharp cornering, etc to improve on accident prevention, driver performance and fuel optimisation.

As a trusted service-provider serving many premium schools, we pride ourselves in being punctual and reliable in meeting all school transportation needs. Each day only ends when all riders are accounted for and have been safely transported to their desired locations.

Our Beliefs

Giving back to the community, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Adrian Yeap has served as a Citizen Consultative Committee (CCC) member at the Ang Mo Kio Group Representative Constituency (AMK GRC) since 2016. He was recently promoted to Deputy Chairman of the CCC in 2021. He is concurrently Chairman of the Communications Work Group for Cheng San-Seletar Ward. He was recently appointed District Councillor of the Central Singapore Community Development Council in July 2020 by the Government of Singapore. In recognition of his continued contribution and services to the community, he was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2018 by the President of Singapore.

Yeap Transport also actively seeks partnerships with social enterprises. We have partnered up with Agape, the social arm of Far East Organisation on initiatives that would provide greater opportunity for its beneficiaries and employees.

In line with the Singapore government’s agenda on sustainable development, Yeap Transport is setting goals towards being carbon neutral and achieving net zero emissions as soon as viable. To this end, we are moving towards investing in cleaner energy buses and ultimately, e-buses which would have zero emissions. This would enable like-minded schools and corporations to partner up with us to reduce their carbon footprints as well.
